Come On A Spiritual Journey this Summer

I’m really excited about a trip that I have been planning over the last several months with Anishinaabe Native American Leader and activist Dennis Banks and Leitha Whitehawk, a teacher and activist of the Lakota tribe and great grand-daughter of Chief Red Cloud and Bigfoot.

It is a Spiritual Journey into the Native American way of life here in the United States that will start in Saulte Ste. Marie, Michigan, where we will camp from July 2-9 and provide support for a truly historic Native American SUNDANCE.

Then, on July 9, we will head out to Phoenix, Arizona and visit either a Hopi or a Navajo reservation on Tuesday, July 10th. On Wednesday, we will travel by either horseback or helicopter (for an additional fee) to the bottom of the GRAND CANYON and check in at the hotel there on the Havasupai Reservation. On Thursday, we will participate in a Native American Sweat Lodge ceremony.

And, as if that’s not enough, on Friday we will be heading back to Phoenix to do a little exploring and touring, and then attend a Native American Church Meeting (Peyote Ceremony).

I am so excited to be able to share these unique opportunities with you. This will be an extraordinary, transformative and heart-opening spiritual journey into the life of Native Americans.

I hope you will join us. For more information, please visit my website, www.carlossauer.com

Blessings,
Carlos

New Sweat Lodge at Dalhonega Spa Resort

We had an amazing event this December building a new sweat lodge at Dalhonega Spa Resort with wonderful native teachers from the Lakota tribe. The DSR is a wonderful property and we were very well taken care off. The sweat lodge ceremony was very healing, specially with soft energy from Leitha Whitehawk and family.

Shamanic Healing

Shamanic Healing is an intuitive energy work that integrates various healing practices. It is a hands-on healing, involving spiritual extraction and removal of intrusive energies through breathing techniques combined with a sucking process that aids in eradicating unwanted and potentially harmful energies. One can pick these energies up from either a stressful or dense environments or from unbalanced individuals with an alcohol or drug addiction. These intrusive energies can also come from troubled spirits stuck between ordinary and non-ordinary realities.
A practice influenced by Native American teachers and shamans from North and South America, special herbs are used like sage, cedar, sweet grass, bear root and tobacco along with eagle and/or hawk feathers to assist with the clearing and balancing of the emotional body and the spirit.
This healing technique helps to release energy blockages, bringing a sense of peace and centering to the being in a process that facilitates the reconnection with the power and wisdom of the life force within.

Depossession

Depossession is an advanced spiritual technique used to assist the releasing of lost and troubled spirits from environments and people’s energy fields including ancestral negative patterns and traumas that are passed through generations among many families. In this training we learn how to recognize these patterns, work on healing them and learn how to create healthier ways for ourselves and those that are coming after us, our descendents.
The invisible world has a strong effect on all of us in the physical plane and this can be a positive or negative influence in our daily lives. We will learn by practicing how to perceive and work with these invisible forces through specific techniques of developing our psychic abilities such as channeling, clairvoyance and intuition by contacting our spiritual helpers for assistance and guidance.

Sweat Lodge

Sweat Lodge is an ancient Purification Ceremony used by some cultures, especially The Native People, to worship God Creator and our relations with all living things on Mother Earth and the Universe. It works on many different levels, especially on the physical and emotional body, mind and spirit.
We heat up lava rocks called Stone People in a Sacred Fire built in a very respectful way and bring the hot rocks inside the lodge. Then we burn cleansing herbs like Cedar, Sweet Grass and Bear Root on top of the rocks as we bless ourselves with the smoke.
When we close the door, everything positive and negative about our lives gets intensified and memories of very uncomfortable times and difficult moments begin to rise up. We pray and sing together, focusing our attention on the great mystery of life, as we surrender to Great Spirit, our God Creator. As self-healing starts to occur, something shifts and we experience the power of the four directions, the East, South, West and North. We begin to find where we stand on Mother Earth and within the Four Elements, Fire, Water, Earth and Air. We learn that we depend on these powers to keep us alive and the lives of all living things in this Universe.
The Sweat Lodge is a very powerful healing ritual and bonding experience for people and it has helped individuals of all walks of life to overcome serious problems in their lives and to reconnect with themselves, all living things and the great mystery of life. It is an honor that some Elders of The North American Indians, who are the true keepers of this ancient knowledge were generous and kind enough to share their spiritual path called Red Road with us, knowing that these sacred ways will help us bring harmony and peace to ourselves and our planet, Mother Earth.
